Custom Name Add-On — +$5
Want your name added? Add custom name personalization for +$5 per tumbler.
Custom names are preorder only. The host submits the names before the party, and Jess prepares them ahead of time. At the party, the guest chooses their tumbler and wrap, and Jess adds the pre-made personalized name.
Custom Name Policy
- +$5 per tumbler
- Names must be submitted at least 7 days before the party
- Custom-name add-ons must be paid in advance
- Spelling must be confirmed when submitted
- Once a custom name has been prepared, the personalization fee is nonrefundable
- Same-day custom names are not guaranteed.

Need more time? Keep creating! Additional party time can be added in advance or, if our schedule allows, during your event. Same-day extensions are available only when we do not have another booking immediately following your party and the venue allows the additional time.

The host should ask about extending 45 minutes before the scheduled party ends. Same-day extensions are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. If we have another event scheduled afterward, the party ends at its original scheduled time. Additional time must be paid before the extension begins. Extra time extends the Creative Studio experience only; additional crafts, apparel, tumblers, etc. are still charged separately. Setup and cleanup time do not count against the guest’s 2.5-hour party time.
